How Versatile are Bubble Tea Ingredients?

There are certain ingredients that should be a staple part of every dessert-lovers kitchen. Experimenting with food is such a fun and interesting process, as with different ingredients there are a whole variety of desserts you can make. Experimenting with different flavours, you can create the same dessert whilst only having to tweak your originally recipe slightly depending on the flavour and sweetness ratio you desire.

Bubble tea ingredients adopt a variety of flavours with a wide range of fruit flavours as well as rich premium powders and specialty ingredients such as matcha. As a company specialising in innovation and creativity, we thought of some great desserts you could use bubble tea ingredients in.

Ice Cream and Sundaes

Ice Creams and Sundaes can come with a variety of different toppings and flavours. We have already seen tapioca pears in desserts but let's not forget about our infamous popping boba which bursts sweet and fruity juices in each bite.

It's crazy to think that not many (if not all) ice cream desserts shops don't already include juice bubbles and jellies into their topping's menu.

Sorbet
An even better combination would be sorbets, as they naturally have a fruit base flavour, these vegan friendly toppings are just a no brainer when it comes to flavour combinations: cherry sorbet with raspberry juice bubbles and strawberry sauce, lemon sorbet with blueberry juice bubbles, and mango sorbet with passionfruit juice bubbles, to list a few... You get the point - the list goes on!

Pancakes, Waffles and Crepes
Finally, an all-time favourite! Whether you go to a breakfast brunch cafe or need a late-night dessert fix pancake waffles and crepes seem to be around 24/7.

This dish is already versatile in itself from toppings such as fruits and a light cream for breakfast, to something richer and heavier as a dessert. No matter what time of day you're eating them you can't deny it's a little more on the indulgent side.

By now, you get the idea with the addition of toppings, but how about pairing a heavy dessert with a light refreshing iced tea such as this pancake. Or if you want to flavour your crepes and waffles, you could even and bubble tea flavoured powder to your batter and see how that works.
