Shipping policy

Packing and Delivery 

Your order will be packed and delivered at our warehouse. We take no responsibility for the condition of the order whilst it is in transit, this responsibility rests fully on the courier company. We would advise you inspect the delivery of every order to ensure no damage has occurred whilst the product was in transit. If you find the product is damaged in any way, we would advise that you take photographic evidence of the items damaged and refuse the delivery. The next steps would be to send us the photographic evidence for us to pursue the matter with the courier company.

You are fully responsible for the receiving of your goods. We partner with third party delivery companies that courier orders. Standard delivery times are from 8am to 6pm and customers will need to be available to receive the delivery.

Missed Delivery
If you miss the delivery of your order your options are:
1. Contact the courier services for collection (subject to additional charges based on courier company)
2. Contact us to re-deliver to you (subject to additional charge for re-delivery fees)

Free Delivery and Wholesale Orders

Boba Lab offers free shipping on Wholesale orders over the value of £750 excluding VAT. This offer is only applicable for orders in England and Wales excluding Scotland and London. The complimentary free shipping qualification for London and Scotland are orders over the value of £1000 exc. VAT. Boba Lab reserve the right to change or remove this offer at any time at their own discretion. Wholesale Orders can only be activated through account management which is done directly through email at sales@bobalab.co.uk

We have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of £500 worth of perishable goods in cases (CTN) to enable wholesale pricing. This can be a combination of various products and is not restricted to totalling £500 in case value on a single product. The £500 MOQ is exclusive to VAT and shipping fees.

Wholesale pricing applies only on cases (CTN), it does not apply on individual items, these will be charged at full retail value.

Incorrect Details
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to input the correct and up to date name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, and payment option details including but not limited to Apple Pay, Google Pay, AMEX, Paypal, Mastercard, Visa), email address, and phone number. If any of these details are incorrect this may result in delays or not receiving your order. Boba Lab are not responsible for retrieving or checking the validity of any details that are provided by the customer.

If you have realised that you have provided incorrect details please contact us at sales@bobalab.co.uk to amend your details associated with your order. If your order has already been processed and has been or is being delivered, Boba Lab will not be responsible for any fees or damages incurred in the customer receiving their order.

Shipping Fees

Bobalab uses a range of third party delivery partners including but not limited to DPD,DPDLocalOnline PalletWays, DSV, Royal Mail, Parcel2Go.com, Fedex, Parcelforce, UPS, TNT, Hermes, Collect+, CitySprint, MyHermes, InPost, USPS, DHL, Pitney Bowes and Whistl. 

They are fully responsible for the condition of our parcel in transit.

Current Pallet shipping fees for England and Wales excluding London are £50 + VAT. For London and Scotland the shipping fees are £60 +VAT.

Shipping Fees are calculated based on the total order weight including postage & packaging. Boba Lab reserve the right to request for additional fees to be paid to cover postage & packaging that has not been covered by the shipping fee charged or where the external courier has raised prices.

Picking up orders from Warehouse

Boba Lab is open from 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank holidays. Orders can be picked up from the warehouse subject to clearance and confirmation with our warehouse manager on our designated pick-up days Tuesday and Thursday of each week. Picking up orders are at the sole discretion of the warehouse manager and are not guaranteed. Orders need to be confirmed, paid and processed the day prior to pick-up with an Account Managers' confirmation of the Warehouse Managers' approval prior to 2pm (Monday and Wednesday). Orders can only be picked up from the below address during our opening hours on designated days subject to confirmation.

Delivery Times & Pick-up dates
Our pick-up for delivery dates are Tuesday and Thursday. In order to qualify your delivery to go out on a specific day your order must be paid in full and processed properly before 2pm the day before the pick-up date.(Monday and Wednesday). Our delivery partners will generally 3 working days to deliver your order from when it is picked up. Orders picked up by courier companies on Tuesday will generally arrive on Friday of that week and orders picked up on Thursday will arrive on Monday after the weekend. These delivery times are not definite and will vary depending on the courier company's' ability to fulfil the order as well as bank holidays, weekend and other unforeseen disruptions. Please allow at least five working days from the pick-up date (Tuesday or Thursday) for delivery before contacting us.

We do not take responsibility for late payments and missed cut off times. Late payments and missed cut off times will result in delayed orders or the cancellation of orders.
